Now Hiring - Leasing Assistant in Albuquerque, NM

Seeking a self-motivated, MUST BE BILINGUEL FLUENT IN SPANISH, Leasing Assistant for a Tax Credit property. Must be outgoing, dependable, punctual and trustworthy. Must provide friendly customer service at all times. Basic tax credit knowledge is a plus, but not required. Monday-Friday.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

Answering the phone and greeting customers with a smile

Scheduling appointments

Taking basic applications, money orders for applications and deposits

Assisting manager with processing of applications

Marketing to local businesses, posting ads to Craigslist, updating Section 8 listing
